Returns and Exchanges:
Ears will arrive with tags attached to the ear loop. PLEASE check your ears for any damage BEFORE removing the tag. Be sure to switch on the pixie dust packs on your ears before removing the tag. If the pixie dust on your ears does not turn on, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have. If any damage to the ears is found, please leave the tag on and send a photo of your defective ears to us via Etsy messages, email, or Instagram messages. We will help you get a new pair as soon as possible. We never want customers to be unsatisfied with their purchase from us. *Note that requests for refunds or exchanges without the tag still intact and attached to the ears will be denied. This is to ensure merchandise is not worn before sending it back for exchanges or refunds.*
As stated in our shop policies, we do not accept exchanges unless an item is damaged in transit. Buyers are responsible for return costs. Buyers must contact the seller and ship items within 7 days of their delivery. The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) if an item isn’t returned in its original condition. If an order is lost in the mail, we will send another in its place. We have a no-refund policy.
These ears are sure to turn some heads in the park! These ears feature a miniature figurine, branch ears, moss, and flowers! Each headpiece is handcrafted, therefore not all of them will be the same! There are four different groot figures to choose from, if you would like a specific figurine, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
RUSH ORDERS:
Please purchase the rush order option if you would like your ears within 7 business days of placing your order! We will move your order to the front of the line and give you priority over other orders. Note that we may not be able to accommodate some requests that do not allow us sufficient time to complete your order.
Shipping:
We do our best to get our packages out in time, please note our processing times and be aware that once we take a box to the post office we no longer have any control over it.

Sizing, Dimension, and Care:
All headbands are standard-sized, fitting adults and children (same size as the ones from the parks.) If you find headbands uncomfortable, you may not enjoy wearing our ears. The bandwidth of each headband is 1 inch. If your flower crown feels a bit heavy, we recommend bobby pinning your crown just above your ears on each side to stabilize it. Please pack your headband carefully during your park visit; our crowns are made with magic and the best materials, but they must be treated with care! We also highly recommend either holding your ears or taking them off while on fast-paced rides.
